His theories revolutionized the world, and he founded his own school of Psychology. Although some regarded his work with hostility and disbelieve, many people still follows his believes and teachings until this day (A). The previous paragraph discusses the impact of the law of the land and the importance of the government regulation upon the health of the company. In this section, the impact of the larger environment will be presented that will help in understanding the course of action of the company (Wang et al. 2016). The conducive environment of the countries helped the company to strive instead of the soaring debt of the company due to the financial crisis which was the result of the delays in the opening of new production facilities. Although the demand was high, the failure to meet the demand reduced its valuation thus creating a situation of crisis (Forbes.com 2016). This incident shows the impact of the various environmental factors on the company. The company throughout its journey has manufactured around 20 million solar panels till 2015. The journey had been from hand washing wafers to the latest sustainable production facility, which aims for the production of the cleaner energy for the future. So the company has traveled long from pioneer to a world leader. The company has implemented various innovation techniques like the integration of fully automated system for production of the wafers in 2010 (REC Group 2016). Recently in much of this year the company has invested around 250 USD for the research and development (HWEE-HWEE 2016). Such investment in the area of research and development is sure to bring accolades to the company in the long run thus making the organization truly world class. Future prospects The present aim of the organization is only related to the production of the solar panels for the production of the green electrical energy. The company can also show interest in the production of alternate energy harvesting technology like solar concentrators that concentrated the solar radiation for heating the fluid for running the turbines based on the thermal power plants. The research indicates that the solar concentrators are more efficient compared to the present solar panels (Leutz and Suzuki 2012). The company can also produce panels with a better efficiency which will be a great leap for the humanity. The company could also concentrate towards the developing nations that will help in grabbing a greater share of the market and will help both the countries and the company. The company should also move for the solar panel installation. With the expertise in hand with the company and the in-house resources, the organization is bound to excel in the field (Thomas 2016). As stated in the previous paragraph the other renewable sources like the wind too should be given the due importance that will help in the expansion of the business and will help in diversification of the business which is necessary for every organization (Griffin et al. 2013). Thirteen employees have sustained injuries while seven have not. In addition only one employee has died. Notably, injuries are the most frequent result from the unsafely measures in the work place.  When the data was compared to the year 2008, fifteen out of twenty employees reported work related illness while eleven out of twenty employees reported work related injuries and there were three reported deaths. From the data, there was no significant reduction in the consequences of unsafe working conditions from 2008.  Moreover, when managers were asked whether they have implemented any new safety rules in the last three years, out of twenty respondents, only one manager have implemented new safety rules. Further, when the employees were asked whether they have received any training on the safety measures, only one respondent was trained thoroughly on safety measures at work place while seventeen were orientated on their arrival and two respondents have no training completely. The insignificant decreasing trend could be explained by the deplorable implementation of the safety measures by the managers and the employees becoming more knowledgeable about the need to keep safety measures at the work place. Lack of innovative safety measures have resulted in increased workers poor health conditions in 2008. When workers were asked about the measures that have been taken by the management to ensure their safety, 18 employees agree that fire extinguishers and protective gears are supplied in their workplaces while only two did not agree. However, there is still need for i mprovement when it comes to the need of safe working environment.  Further, when works were asked on what need to be done to improve safety at the work place, eleven suggested the implementation and observation of safety rules by the management as well as employees. Five suggested that modern safety equipment be supplied while four suggested that employees be trained on the safety rules and measures as well as the use of safety equipments during emergencies. These powers allow the aforementioned bodies to comb through computer servers in search of the identity of the person that created a specific file in question. People may see this as the infringement of their rights to privacy, however, threats posed by cyber criminals necessitate this ‘invasion of privacy’. In June 2000, a software program called Publius was created and launched. This program has the capacity to encrypt files into secret codes which are then, in effect, scattered all over the World Wide Web. This encrypting of published files by the software made the use of the subpoena powers granted to government and r elevant bodies almost irrelevant because anyone wanting to trace the origin of a particular file to be censored or, examine the contents of a specific file must have the help of the person that created the files, in order to decode the files’ encryption. Because of its ability to effectively ‘hide’ files on the internet, the software came as a relief to people who felt that their right to privacy was being infringed upon and they welcomed the software as they felt it could enhance their freedom of expression on the web. To determine whether it is ethical to market this software, it is important to look at the utilitarian ethical theory. What is utilitarianism? Utilitarianism is an ethical theory that holds that the moral worth of any action can only be determined by its usefulness or utility. This utility is judged by the ability of the action to provide happiness and pleasure to the majority. Simply put, the theories hold that the moral worth of an action is determinable by its outcome. Utilitarianism is also refereed to as the greatest happiness principle and it focuses on the ability of an action to provide the greatest good to the greatest n umber of people (Lyons, 1995). Thus, the guiding principle in utilitarianism is the maximization of the good whether it be measured by individuals, the society or the government. Utilitarianism provides a code that determines the worth of public actions and even personal actions. If an action is bound to create significant harm to a bigger percentage of the society, then utilitarianism holds that that action has no moral worth and therefore reductionist policies or intervention measures need to be put in place to mitigate or prevent that harm. If an action is bound to benefit a larger percentage of the society, then that action is said to be ethical and has moral worth from a utilitarian view point. An action may be moral and even in accordance with the law but if that action does not benefit the majority; it is unethical from a utilitarian point of view. On the other hand, an action may be immoral and even against the law but if it serves public good by benefiting the majority, the n that action is ethical (Lyons, 1995).
